Lonely Pineapple

The life of an introverted millennial

So Why the Pineapple?

I know.. kinda weird right? Well, it all started when I read this regency romance novel in middle school. In the story, the hostess had rented a pineapple for the middle of the table and one of the guests insisted they cut it open not realizing it was meant only for decoration. I thought it hilarious at the time, if only because the hostess had been so annoying the entire book. I started researching about pineapples and found that they represented hospitality and considering our house seemed like a boutique hotel with the amount of people that would come and stay with us throughout the year, I thought. Yep. I like it. So i feel like its a good definition of who I am. I am dreadfully single + dislike hanging with people 24/7 + but love helping them = A lonely pineapple :)
